Congratulations to the owners of "Tarkus" Heinz and Sue Ahlman on the 2002 GSPCA National Open Gun Dog Championship. Tarkus won with 8 finds, and a powerful, animated, forward race. He ended the brace with a more than exciting finish. Tarkus displayed perfect manners with syle and intensity throughout the hour and the call back to retrieve. Thanks also to Eldon Hongo trainer and handler and Joe Hanzel for scouting.
