"Harley"

The weekend of February 6-8 of 2009 and big storm passed over the trial grounds at San Jacinto Wildlife area and continued to plague the trial all weekend. Harley ran late Friday afternoon and with a huge race, wet slippery conditions and one find received 2nd place behind Ed Dixon's "Red" who had a fantastic race, 4 finds and finished into a downpour with plenty left.

FC Diesel's Rockin Casey Jones

Bob and Sandra Deitering's "Casey" who was run by Amateur handler Don Dalton as a last minute stand in placed 3rd. He had a clean run, clean bird work, and respectable finish behind a handler who had never even seen this dog before. We were pleased to have Don run our dog and place him, including a "call back to retrieve" with no previous practice with Casey. Both did a nice clean job for the first encounter. These dogs being run by Amateur handlers show the solidity and consistency these dogs posses.
