"FC Finn McCool"

Despite high winds and terrible scenting conditions Matt Smith ran Milt and Myrna's  "Finn McCool" to a 4th place in the Amateur All Age stake. He ran big, handled nicely, and ran all age for the new handler Matt Smith. Finn ran totally all age, disappeared to the front after 5 minutes and was found after 15 minutes still standing on a bird. Handling it with nice manners he was sent off and had a nice strong finish. Matt is doing a great job with these dogs as an Amateur handler and the dogs are responding well to him. These are seasoned well trained dogs and handling just like the do for the trainer Carl Porter in real competition situations. Nice job to both dog and handler including the scout Chris Smith.
